Mission Statement of Community Unit School District 201
We
believe that Community Unit School District 201 is unique in size
and diversity of student population, and it is our goal for all
students in our schools to develop to their maximum potential.
Therefore, it is the Mission of District 201 to provide a safe
environment where respect for individual differences and a
desire for lifelong learning are fostered,
and where students can acquire the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary
to become fully empowered in a dynamic society.
