2010-2011 Kindergarten Registration

Registration in Community Unit School District 201 for incoming kindergarten students for the 2010-2011 school year will take place at both J.T. Manning Elementary School and C.E. Miller Elementary School beginning Monday, April 12 through Friday, April 16, 2010 - 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you are unable to register on the assigned days, please contact the school office to be registered.

2009-2010 Registration Forms

Registration for the CUSD 201 2009-2010 School Year will be held on July 23 and August 5 at Westmont High School from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day. All families will be required to provide proof of residency. A letter was sent out community-wide regarding the dental and physical exams to be done prior to registration.
