Strategic Planning

The following goals were developed by the 50+ members of the Strategic Planning Action Teams. There were six teams each responsible for one of the goal areas below. The teams included representatives from the Board of Education, faculty and staff, parents and other community members. Wider input was gathered through five surveys, including two student surveys, and six public focus group meetings. Each goal area was then further refined and presented to the Board of Education.

Student Services
