The Varsity volleyball team played in a competitive tournament this weekend, taking both Joliet Central and Yorkville Christian to three sets.  The Sentinels beat Larkin in two sets, 25-21 and 25-17 to finish out pool play.  Congratulations on a solid win!

It was a spectacular morning for cross country on Saturday at the Harvest Christian Invitational. In perfect conditions for running, the Sentinels ran very well on the tough 5-kilometer course, setting tons of PRs and placing well. Against tough competition made up of mainly 2A and 3A schools, the girls team finished 13th and the boys team finished 14th in fields of 30-plus teams! Special congratulations go to Lizzy Szynal, who earned a 9th place trophy in her race! Super job, Sentinels!

Both teams will have their final home meet of the season tomorrow against Lisle and Plano.

Only 113 days until Track and Field. Will you be ready?

There will be a meeting for any girl interested in joining the girls basketball team on Thursday, September 30 at 6:00 p.m. in the Driver's Ed Room.  Open gyms will begin in October. If you cannot make the meeting, please stop by Kappy's office to sign up.
