General
The NHS Application Form is open and due completed by March 21st.
Any questions about applying to NHS should go to Mrs. Templeton.
There will be a table at lunch on Tuesday where you can come and ask any questions.
Prom Tickets will go on sale on Monday, April 4th for $85 per person. However, your date might like some time to look for their dress, suit or tux. So be sure to ask them to prom early. And, if you want it to be a surprise!? Why not stop by Mrs. Zorbas' room to purchase your promposal. Promposals come in a variety of sizes from 1 rose for $3 up to 12 roses for $30. The Prom Committee will deliver your promposal on request. However, if you wish to deliver your own promposal, please talk with Mrs. Zorbas when ordering.
Attention all Junior & Seniors boys: Would you like a chance to earn your tux for prom for a reduced price... or even free. Three male models are needed to wear a tuxedo to school for a day. Interested? Please see Señorita Lott in room 125.
Sentinels, do you find that you have a lot of spare eyewear in your junk drawer or just laying around the house? It does not matter if you donate glasses purchased from lenscrafters, an optometrists office or the "cheaters" that you can buy at Target, Walmart or even the dollar store. Rotary Interact´s gently used eye glasses drive will put them in the hands of those that can help someone in need see better. Bring those old glasses into room 125, Señorita´s room on or before Monday, May 2nd.
Athletics
Westmont 12 Chicago (Amundsen) 0. Westmont improves to 1-1 on the season. Caleb Kleinz threw a complete game shutout. Rocco Damato added his first varsity hit. Jason Czaplewski had 2 Hits and 2 RBI. J.J. Sleeper added 2 hits and Briggs Templeton added 2 RBI.
