General

Attention SAT Intervention Groups:

At the start of 3rd hour today, please report to Mr. Roach's classroom for English Intervention, and at the start of 4th hour today, please report to Mr. DeLisle's classroom for Math Intervention. 

Be sure to check Google Classroom to see if you are being required to attend. There are different groups for both 3rd and 4th hour. 

Morning Sentinels!   Flowers are sold out for this week.  If you would like to order your roses for next week, please see Mrs. Zorbas. 

Prom Tickets for "A Night Under The Stars" at The Carlisle are on sale in the commons during lunch today through Thursday, April 28th at 3:00 pm.   Prom Tickets are $85 per person.     Also, if your prom date does NOT go to Westmont High School, please pick up your Guest Form today from Mrs. Zorbas, Señorita Lott or in the front office.  The guest forms require multiple signatures from individuals in different locations.  So, it is best to start completing this important step now as prom is only 31 Days away!  

Sentinels, I know we have asked before...but, do you have any spare eyeglasses laying around the house? Why not donate them to Rotary Interacts gently used eyeglasses drive.  No case?  No worries.  Just put them in a sandwich bag and bring them on in to room 125.  We will take men’s, women’s, children’s eyeglasses that are prescription or even the cheaters you buy at the store.   Donations are accepted through Monday, May 2nd.  

Sentinels:  Would you like to leave your mark on Westmont High School? The Booster Club is selling personalized bricks.  Deadline to purchase these is April 7th. Please visit the Booster Club website or Facebook page to buy yours today

Clubs

If you missed the Rotary Interact meeting this morning, please stop in and talk with Señorita in room 125 to get caught up on our next activity.  

The next Geography Club field trip is the Holy Thursday church tour Thursday, April 14. Spend the evening visiting various churches in the city of Chicago and end the night with a hot dog from Gene & Jude's! Space is limited on this field trip. Pick up your permission slip in Mr. Landreth's room. Permission slips are due back no later than Friday, April 10th.

Rotary Interact is meeting this Wednesday morning before school at 7:40 am in room 125.   If you are not participating in a spring sport, or are looking to add a club that serves others, Rotary Interact is for you. New members are always welcome.       

Athletics

Varsity baseball lost 4-2 to IC Catholic on Tuesday. Lucas Hicks pitched an awesome complete game on the mound and added an RBI at the plate. J.J. Sleeper added a single and a walk. 

Sophomore baseball falls to IC 15-3. Jerry Vasek had two hits along with Lucas Fears. Mission Hatchell added one hit. Lucas and Andy Pecard successfully stole second base.
