General –
Are you interested in being a part of Sentinel Buddies? Our Holiday Shopping with Buddies event is taking place on 12/12/22. You MUST be an active member of the club to participate, but membership is still open, so see Mrs. Philgren if you are interested in joining the club.
If you are already a member and want to attend this trip, please pick up a permission slip from the hallway bulletin board near room 146 and return it to Mrs. Philgren NO LATER than December 6th. You MUST BE PASSING all of your classes and be in good standing at WHS to attend. See Mrs. Philgren with questions.
This year's Spring Musical will be Little Shop of Horrors. Make sure you join google classroom for all of the information needed to prepare for auditions. See Mr. Urlaub with any questions.
NHS and Ms. Lopez are running Toys for Tots in order to give back to the less fortunate this holiday season. Now until December 12th if you would like to donate a toy please drop it off at the bin right outside the media center. Those who donate will be entered into a weekly raffle for a prize. Any questions? Please see the flyers posted around school or Ms. Lopez, Isabella Esparza, Heiry Sierra, Denali Belmonte, or Hays Templeton.
Clubs –
Rotary Interact is holding its 10th annual Paws ´n Claws event today through Tuesday, December 9th. We are collecting gently used collars, leashes, towels, and bowls or NEW toys, canned food, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. All proceeds will go to help the dogs and cats looking for their forever home at the Hinsdale Humane Society.
Athletics –
Congratulations to the Girl's Basketball team who extended their winning streak to 3-0 last night against IMSA. Our top scorers were Eva Papish with 12 points and Sadie Scales with 11 points. Another team victory with everyone playing unselfishly.
Track and Field now has open gyms You must have a current physical on file and have 8 to 18 completed before you can participate in open gyms. Only 56 days until the season begins.
