Drop-Off/Pick-Up

PREPARING FOR HYBRID - (IF SAFE AND METRICS ALLOW FOR IN-PERSON)

In order for us to make this transition safely, it is important to begin reading and understanding new protocols and routines that will be in place for students. As we continue to have small groups enter the building, we are fine tuning what works best.

  • We will have four grade level doors that students enter and exit no matter what the mode of transportation.
  • Families will be expected to self-certify (on paper) that students are symptom free each day before entering the building.
  • Temperature checks will occur before students enter the building.
  • We will be encouraging a car line for entry into the building along with our busers.
  • Our primary location for students presenting symptoms will be the Music Room. There are small rooms within the music room and there is also an alternative exit from the building. Our school nurse will be in charge of monitoring the room and students who have displayed symptoms.
