Family Mentors
The Family Mentor Program was developed to help connect with new elementary families coming to the district. The goal is to provide each incoming family with a mentor that is available to answer questions and provide direction in seeking any information that is needed. After completing the form below, a CUSD 201 Elementary Family Mentor Representative will reach out via phone. Feel free to exchange contact information with the assigned mentor.
