Current and Recent Meeting Schedule and Documents

The Board of Education generally meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at the Westmont Village Hall located at 31 W Quincy St, Westmont, IL (unless otherwise posted). Meetings begin with closed session at 6:00 p.m. followed by open session at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public.

Calendar of 2024-2025 Board of Education Meetings

There will be a Public Relations Committee Meeting on September 10, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Westmont Village Hall, locatioed at 31 W. Quincy Street, Westmont, IL. Notice and Agenda

 

There will be a Facilities Planning Committee Meeting on August 13, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Westmont Village Hall, located at 31 W. Quincy Street, Westmont, IL. Notice and Agenda

There will be a Facilities Planning Community Committee Meeting on August 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at South School located at 133 S. Grant Street, Westmont, Illinois. 

There will be a Special Board meeting on August 1, 2024, at Westmont Village Hall, 31 W. Quincy Street. The purpose of the meeting will be for EOSullivan to present the data collected during the community engagement sessions and the phone survey. The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m.
