Athletics –

It was a very spooky night out in Seneca for their Cross Country Invitational.  The Sentinels completely dominated bringing home the traveling championship trophy for the 3rd year running.  The guys faced "grave danger" in the woods but came out with 26 points to remain champs.  Tim Rosland and Henry O'Connor were 2nd and 3rd, Paul Tikhiy, Kaleb Sica, Paul Lalonde went 7, 8, 9. Despite finishing behind a cookie, Quentin Jarlson, Kai Babb and Owen Berbaum rounded up the Sentinel field with 11, 12, and 13 place finishes.   Way to go Sentinels.
