Teacher Letter of Recommendation Request
Students must submit this form to teachers when requesting letters of recommendation. All requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of specific deadlines
Approval for Posting of Alternate Credit
Use this form when taking a class at another school (i.e. summer school at the College of DuPage). Be sure to fill out and submit this form to your guidance counselor before enrolling in the class!
