Acting Out! Westmont High school's premier drama club, will be hosting musical audition workshop next Monday, November 27th at 3:00 p.m. Mrs Maris, the musical director, will be there to work through music, dance, and anything to help make your audition tape the best they can be! Find a flyer around the building to sign up for auditions and more information. Freaky Friday... On a Monday!
"Hey WHS Students! Have you ever wanted to be on stage? Do you want to help out with a show behind the scenes? Do you want to try something new? Get involved with this year's musical, Freaky Friday! Be on the lookout for digital advertisements and posters around the school. Scan the QR code on those posters for more information on how to join!".
Any Sentinel student that is interested in traveling to Japan over Spring Break 2025 with Geography Club should talk to Mr. Landreth or Mr. Dunne for more information. Interested travelers can also check the Geography Club Google Classroom for additional information.
It's the last week to sign up to perform and compete in the 2023 Talent Show!! Can you dance? Tell jokes? Play music? Juggle? The Talent Show is looking for fun, entertaining, or funny acts to perform in the show on Friday, December 15th. You can win gift card prizes for performing! Please look for a talent show flyer hanging around the school and scan the QR code to fill out the short application form. Please sign up by the end of THIS WEEK!!!
Attention Sentinel Buddies: Please fill out the MATCH QUESTIONAIRE in Google Classroom and submit it no later than tomorrow. Our Friendsgiving event is planned for the week of 11/27 and your input is needed on the form. Our Annual Holiday Shopping Trip is also planned for early December and only our current members (who fill out the form) will be invited to attend.

Athletics
The boys varsity basketball finished the Lisle Thanksgiving Tournament with a 2-1 record. Joe Kone was selected to the All-Tournament team.
A special shoutout goes to Joey Kone for scoring 42 points against Lisle. He is now one of only 3 Westmont players to score 40 or more points in a game. He also made 10 three pointers in the game which is a new school record. Congrats Joe!
The weight room is now open every Tuesday and Thursday. Mr. Cronin will have a sign in sheet in the weight room, please sign in with him when you get there.
