Sentinels, how does celebrating the start of winter break by visiting the Christkindl Market at Daley Plaza and shopping along State Street sound? The next Geography Club trip will be on Friday, December 22nd, for our annual visit to Chicago's Christkindl Market and a chance to get some last-minute holiday shopping done downtown. Join your friends as we kick off winter break and celebrate the holidays on this trip! Permission slips are available in Mr. Landreth's room. All permission slips must be turned in by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15 to guarantee a spot on this field trip. See Mr. Landreth or Mr. Dunne with any questions.
Any Sentinel student that is interested in traveling to Japan over Spring Break 2025 with Geography Club should talk to Mr. Landreth or Mr. Dunne for more information. Interested travelers can also check the Geography Club Google Classroom for additional information.
Clubs
The art club will meet today after school for the December Cookie Decorating activity.
Athletics
On Saturday the boys varsity basketball team improved their overall record to 5-1 by defeating Timothy Christian 48-42. Briggs Templeton sparked a 4th quarter rally with 6 points. Abe Johnson led the team with 17 points and Malachi Boatright added 13 points and 11 rebounds.
