NHS is collecting items for the West Suburban Humane Society. Bring in items such as paper towels, pet toys, leashes, & pet food. Look for the red flyers for more details. NHS members can earn Service Hours for their donations.
Athletics
Congratulations to the Girl's Track and Field team on an outstanding performance at their Conference meet on Friday night! The Sentinels finished in third place with 97 points and there were tons of PR's broken on a beautiful night for track and field!
Congratulations to our All-Conference athletes:
3rd place - Emma Silva in high jump
2nd place - Wiktoria Dubiel in the pole vault and Sadie Scales in the shot put and the 4x800 relay team of Kyla Babb, Wiktoria Dubiel, Stella Salvato-Francese, and Annikah Engstrom
The Sentinels were Conference Champions in four events:
Kyla Babb in the 3200 run
Emma Silva in the 100 dash
Annikah Engstrom in the 400 dash
The 4x400 relay team of Stella Salvato-Francese, Wiktoria Dubiel, Kyla Babb and Annikah Engstrom
Congratulations to the Boy's Track and Field team on a fantastic performance at the 55th Carlin Nalley Invitational on Saturday! The Sentinels took second place with 110 points and brought home a bunch of medals and PR's on another beautiful day for track and field!
The top finishers for the Sentinels were:
3rd place - Michael Aho in the pole vault, Charlie Cossairt in the shot put, and the 4x400 relay of Michael Aho, Jude Paul, Kaleb Sica, and Joe Kone
2nd place - Taj Lewis in the shot put, Alex Tolczyk in the pole vault, Billy McGhie in the high jump, Paul Lalonde in 1600, and the 4x800 relay of Michael Aho, Christian Rosa, Kaleb Sica, and Quentin Jarlson
Meet champions for the Sentinels were: Paul Lalonde in the 3200, Billy McGhie in discus, and Abe Johnson in the long jump, triple jump, and high jump
Special congratulations to Abe Johnson who broke TWO school records on Saturday: In high jump, he cleared 2.01 meters or 6 feet, 7 inches, and in the long jump he jumped 6.76 meters.

Westmont Varsity Baseball 2 Chicago (Holy Trinity) 6. Westmont falls to 17-8-1 overall. Lucas Hicks had 2 RBI. Jaxson Chinea and Rocco Damato reached base twice.
Westmont Varsity Baseball beat Plano 9-0 on Friday. Westmont is now 17-7-1 on the season. Lucas Hicks threw a complete game shutout with 13 Strikeouts and only 1 Hit allowed. Jaxson Chinea had 3 RBI. Briggs Templeton had 4 Hits. Lucas Fears added 2 Hits as well.
