Our Architects
Legat Architects is a mid-size architecture firm founded in Illinois in 1964. Over the decades they’ve built a reputation for quality and utility with deep experience in educational environments, including many elementary schools.
Our Construction Team
Nicholas & Associates is a family-owned and operated construction firm founded in 1978 and based in Mount Prospect. They have many years of experience and a strong track record in the education space.
Our bond consultant: Elizabeth Hennessy, Raymond James
With 30 years of experience serving public finance issuers, Elizabeth is one of the foremost school finance experts in the state of Illinois as a managing director at Raymond James. She is a frequent presenter for the Illinois Association of School Business Officials.
Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan. Elizabeth holds the Series 7, 63, 79, 24 and 50 licenses.
